ERP Software definition

ERP Software means the (i) the Baseline Software, (ii) the software to be Implemented with the Baseline Software as part of the Upgrade Project pursuant to the Statement of Work, and (iii) if the AOC exercises its Additional Functions Services Option, any Additional SAP Functions as each of the foregoing are Configured under the Statement of Work during the Term hereof.

ERP Software. / “ERP Product” means software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware, databases and such other software as the Parties may agree in writing to be ERP Software / ERP Product.

Examples of ERP Software in a sentence

  • Products available under this Contract are limited to Software Products, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Modules Products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index.

  • Contractor further represents and warrants that its performance of the Services shall not cause the ERP Software not to accurately perform each of the Functional Requirements.

  • Contractor shall protect the quality of District Data stored within the ERP Software as provided by District to Contractor against deterioration or degradation of data quality and authenticity.

  • Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on the website through which Licensee accesses FIRSTBIT ERP Software, and/or by email to your primary email, and/or in mailings to the address you provide, and will be effective on the date noted in the posting.

  • Services available under this Contract are limited to Software Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Modules Services as specified in the Appendix C, Pricing Index.

  • Licensee shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FBT (and its officers, directors, employees, and agents) from and against any and all claims, suits, liability, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which result from claims that any modifications Licensee makes to FIRSTBIT ERP Software or any combination of FIRSTBIT ERP Software with software or other items not approved by FBT infringes or violates any third party intellectual property right.

  • All products for Software Products and Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Modules Products and Services may be made available through a Contract.

  • You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through FIRSTBIT ERP Software.
