Error event definition

Error event means, subject to subclause (2), a clearly unintended circumstance identified by the Commission where the DPP was determined or amended based on an error, including where:
Error event means set of operational conditions for a GD that constitutes a deviation from the normal conditions or the conditions specified during a game, during idle mode or during data interchange with another GD;

Related to Error event

  • Major Event means an event which is likely to pose a serious risk to public health in relation to medicinal products in more than one Member State. Such an event concerns a deadly threat or otherwise serious threat to health of biological, chemical, environmental or other origin or incident that can affect the supply or quality, safety, and efficacy of medicinal products. Such an event may lead to shortages of medicinal products in more than one Member State and necessitates urgent coordination at Union level in order to ensure a high level of human health protection.

  • Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.

  • Servicer Event of Termination One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of drayage truck owners and operators that threatens public health and safety or the reasonable flow of goods movement.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.
