Escalation Adjustment definition

Escalation Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.5 of the AGTA.

  • Customer will have 30 days from receipt of such notice to elect to have Boeing manufacture a replacement aircraft under the same terms and conditions of purchase, except that the calculation of the Escalation Adjustment will be based upon the scheduled delivery month in effect immediately prior to the date of such notice, or, failing such election, the applicable purchase agreement will terminate with respect to such aircraft.
