Escrow Fees definition

Escrow Fees means the fees and expenses of the Escrow Agent relating to the transactions contemplated hereby which shall be split equally between Purchaser and Seller (but shall not include any fees charged by Escrow Agent to either of the parties with respect to applying as a transacting user entity on the International Registry).

Escrow Fees means the fees charged by the Escrow Agent at or upon the Closing in connection with rendering its services under the Escrow Agreement.

Escrow Fees means the fees and any other amounts payable to the Escrow Agent under the Deposit Escrow Agreement.

Examples of Escrow Fees in a sentence

• In no event shall the total Escrow Fees payable by the Company pursuant to this Agreement be less than $2,100, nor more than $4,200, for any 12-month period.

• Each of Purchaser and Seller shall bear its own expense in doing so and such expenses shall not be considered Escrow Fees.

• Redwood Mortgage Processing and Escrow Fees for $19,200 per year(5) services in connection with notary, document preparation, credit investigation, and escrow fees in an amount equal to the fees customarily charged by Redwood Mortgage for comparable services in the geographical area where the property securing the Mortgage Investment is located, payable solely by the borrower and not by the Partnership.

• Upon Close of Escrow, Buyer shall pay for all closing costs including, but not limited to, Documentary Transfer Taxes; Escrow Fees (Buyer’s and Seller’s if an outside escrow company is used); Seller’s Document Preparation Fees (not to exceed $250); costs of CLTA Joint Protection Title Insurance Policy, and Preliminary Title Report; Loan Processing Fees; Tax Service Fee; Document Recording Fees; and other miscellaneous costs of closing the transaction.

• The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to payment for customary fees and expenses for all services rendered by it here under in accordance with Schedule B attached hereto (as such schedule may be amended from time to time by Polaris, Triton and the Escrow Agent) ("Escrow Fees").

More Definitions of Escrow Fees

Escrow Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 16.3.1.

Escrow Fees. The Escrow Agent shall not be entitled to receive a fee for serving as the Escrow Agent; provided, however, that the Escrowed Funds shall be subject to the Escrow Agent's standard fees and service charges as provided in the Escrow Agent's Rules and Regulations Governing Deposit Accounts.
