Escrow Instructions definition

Escrow Instructions has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.3.
Escrow Instructions means the Fixed-Price Escrow Instructions or the Hourly, Bonus, and Expense Payment Agreement with Escrow Instructions.
Escrow Instructions means the Escrow Instructions for the Escrow signed by each of the parties to this Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of Escrow Instructions

Escrow Instructions shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 4.1.
Escrow Instructions means a dated, written, and signed agreement of the parties to an escrow, including a duly appointed agent or attorney-in-fact, specifying the event or condition upon which the escrowed funds shall be delivered or disbursed. This term shall include a purchase agreement, or lender’s instructions, and modifications of escrow instructions.
Escrow Instructions mean Lender’s written escrow instruction to Escrow Agent relating to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
