Escrow Release Dates definition

Escrow Release Dates means the dates that are 12 months or 48 months after the Closing, as applicable, as more particularly described in Section 3.7.
Escrow Release Dates means, collectively, the Initial Escrow Release Date and the Final Escrow Release Date.
Escrow Release Dates has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(d).

  • The First Escrow Release Date and the Second Escrow Release Date are referred to herein collectively as the "Escrow Release Dates."
