Escrow Request definition

Escrow Request means a request by the Borrower for the Escrow Funding in accordance with Section 2.24(a), substantially in the form of Exhibit M or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent (acting reasonably).
Escrow Request has the meaning given in Section 16.3.
Escrow Request means a letter by the Borrower to the Bank in the form of Exhibit B, duly completed.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, upon an Escrow Request, the section titled “Escrow” shall be deleted in its entirety from the Confirmation pursuant to this Amendment and Seller may unilaterally in its sole discretion make and Escrow Request and NKGN shall submit joint written instructions upon an Escrow Request to the Escrow Agent.

  • The school district will ensure that students in articulated courses are enrolled in the Career and Technology Education Management Application (CATEMA) and/or that a Credit-in Escrow Request form is submitted to the ACCTech office.

Related to Escrow Request

  • Escrow Agent means the Escrow Agent under the Escrow Agreement.

  • Warrantholders’ Request means an instrument signed in one or more counterparts by Warrantholders holding in the aggregate not less than 25% of the aggregate number of all Warrants then unexercised and outstanding, requesting the Warrant Agent to take some action or proceeding specified therein;

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.
