Escrow Software means Software in respect of which the Customer (a) has elected to have escrow protection pursuant to and in accordance with clause 7.4 and (b) has concluded a licensee agreement with NCC as envisaged in clause 7.4 and (c) has paid to EMIS the sums due under such licensee agreement.

Escrow Software means the Software designated as escrow software in the Contract Variables;

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, GE Digital shall have the right to deposit into escrow a version of the Escrow Software that does not require such Enabling Tools.

More Definitions of Escrow Software
