For the avoidance of doubt, the call protection in this Section 2.6.3 will apply to any Escrow Term Loans (without duplication of any such call-protection in any documentation governing such Escrow Term Loans).

The Shareholder shall not be entitled to obtain a release of any of the Equilar Shares from escrow until 24 months following the date of this Agreement (the "Escrow Term"), subject to the exercise of discretion granted to the Releasor under section 4.3 below whereby the Equilar Shares may be released prior to the expiration of the Escrow Term.
