ESOP Documents definition

ESOP Documents means all written documentation constituting the ESOP and its related trust, as contemplated by Sections 402 and 403 of the Internal Revenue Code. "Exhibits 1 through 4," inclusive, shall mean the Exhibits so marked, copies of which are attached to this Agreement. Such Exhibits are hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part hereof, and may be referred to in this Agreement and any other related instrument or document without being attached hereto.

ESOP Documents means, collectively, the ESOP, the ESOT Trust Agreement and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed and/or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing, as each of the foregoing now exists and may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

ESOP Documents means, collectively, ESOP Trust's plan document and promissory notes and related security documents given by the ESOP Trust to the Company.
