From the salary schedules set forth in Appendix B and from all non-scheduled salaries, the Board shall deduct on behalf of each eligible ESP Employee the full sum of the ESP Employee’s required contribution to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).

If an ESP Employee is temporarily assigned the duties of another position in addition to his or her own duties so that the ESP Employee cannot reasonably complete all such assigned duties during his/her normal work hours, the Employee shall either have his or her regular duties and the temporarily assigned duties prioritized and/or be granted additional time to perform the additional duties assigned, by the Employee’s supervisor or designee.
