ESPPA Amendment Deadline means the sixtieth (60th) Day following the date the completed IRS is provided to Seller, or such later date as Company and Seller may agree to by written agreement.
Amendment Effectiveness Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2(d) hereof.
First Amendment Date means February 21, 2019.

Third Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Third Amendment.
First Amendment Closing Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the First Amendment.
Seventh Amendment Effective Date shall have the meaning provided in the Seventh Amendment.
Tenth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Tenth Amendment.
Ninth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of the Ninth Amendment.
Third Amendment Date means June 23, 2020.
L/C Amendment Application means an application form for amendment of outstanding Letters of Credit as shall at any time be in use at the Issuing Bank, as the Issuing Bank shall request.
Amendment Effective Date has the meaning set forth in the Amendment Agreement.
Second Amendment Date means February 26, 2019.
Amendment No. 1 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 1.
Amendment No. 8 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 8.
Second Amendment Closing Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Second Amendment.
Order Amendment means Our Authorised Order Amendment or series of Order Amendments, each Order Amendment having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.
ESG Amendment has the meaning specified in Section 2.18.
Third Amendment Closing Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Third Amendment.
Amendment No. 7 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 7.
