ESS Annual Licence definition
ESS Annual Licence means the estimated number of employees of the Client who will have access to the employee self-service (ESS) epayslip portal at the start of the contract. If the number of employees increases by more than 10% during the Initial Term or in any recurring renewal period, then SSLP will be allowed to increase its prices pro-rata for the increase in the number of employees in the month that such employees have increased to. At the start of each renewal period the number of employees will be agreed and used to price the ESS Annual Licence Fee. “Initial Term” means the initial term of the Licence and the Support Services as specified in the Schedule;
