ESS Solar Loan definition

ESS Solar Loan means a Solar Loan used solely to finance the acquisition and installation of an Energy Storage System that is capable of delivering electricity to the location where installed without regard to connection to or operability of the electric grid in such location and, if applicable, of related Ancillary PV System Components.
