Essential Functionality definition

Essential Functionality means any operational aspect of the Licensed Software that is required for immediate and ongoing business continuity by one or more users and which adversely impacts business in a crucial or critical manner.
Essential Functionality means any operational aspect of a Deliverable that is required for immediate and ongoing business continuity by one or more Users and which, if interrupted, adversely impacts Partner business.
Essential Functionality means a capability or function of Licensed Software which is essential to operation of the Licensed Software as a whole, and which is not cosmetic, or available in the same or similar fashion through a "work-around", and the absence of which is not merely inconvenient to a user of the Licensed Software. Examples of Essential Functionality may be included in an exhibit to the Statement of Work for such software.
