Establishment Input Statement means the Establishment Input Contributions Statement by and between Catapult and Collaborator dated December [***], 2018.
Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
Earn-Out Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).
Establishment Date means the date on which a development area or a local development area is created. If the development area, local development area, development area plan, or local development area plan is modified or amended subsequent to the original establishment date, the modifications or amendments shall not extend the existence of the development area or local development area beyond what would be permitted under KRS 65.7041 to 65.7083 from the original establishment date;
Payment Statement As defined in Section 6.01 hereof.
Account Statement means a periodic statement of the transactions credited or debited to an Account;
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Operational Control means Security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordinating and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Balancing Authority Areas and Reliability Coordinators, voltage reductions and load shedding, except that each legal owner of generation and transmission resources continues to physically operate and maintain its own facilities.
Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.
Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).
Monthly Statement The statement delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.06.
Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the
E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
Current state fiscal year means the state fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;
establishment day means the day appointed under section 6;
Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.
Adjustment Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Settlement Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Final Adjustment Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).
educational establishment means any school, college or other educational body designated by the Minister by order either specifically or by reference to a class, for the purposes of this Act;
Additional Cardholder means the person you have authorised to use a prepaid card connected to your account, who you agree is authorised to undertake transactions on your behalf and who is also subject to these terms and conditions
service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate
American Express Meeting Planner Account or “AMEX MPA” is the method by which all Master Account charges under this Agreement shall be settled with an American Express Meeting Planner Account or AMEX MPA number. The appropriate and authorized AMEX MPA number will be provided to the Contractor only when a final invoice is received, reviewed, and approved by the AOC, in accordance with the provisions of this exhibit.
Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
