The Closing Date Working Capital range shall extend from an amount that is one million dollars ($1,000,000) less than the Estimated Closing Date Working Capital amount (the "Low-End Working Capital Estimate") to an amount that is one million dollars ($1,000,000) greater than the Estimated Closing Date Working Capital amount (the "High-End Working Capital Estimate").
