Estimated Project Construction Cost definition

Estimated Project Construction Cost means Design Professional's written estimate in the form specified by University in the Exhibits, of the total Construction Cost of the Project at the various stages of the design process.
Estimated Project Construction Cost means CM's written estimate in the form specified by University (See Exhibit Supplemental Requirements, B to Exhibit F – Executive Design Professional Agreement), of the total Construction Cost of the Project at the various stages of the design process.
Estimated Project Construction Cost shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the RFP.
