Estimated Rental Value definition
Estimated Rental Value means the current estimated market rental value of a property; "Euronext Dublin" means The Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin;
Estimated Rental Value. ERV")” means current rent at which space within a property could reasonably be expected to be let given current market conditions.
Estimated Rental Value and "ERV" means the estimated rental value of each Property as provided for in the most recent Valuation.
