If Landlord fails to deliver to Tenant notice of a Force Majeure delay and/or Tenant Delay within five (5) Business Days after Landlord has actual knowledge of the occurrence of same, the period prior to the delivery of Landlord’s notice of a Force Majeure delay and/or Tenant Delay event will not be counted as a Force Majeure delay and/or Tenant Delay.
