Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
GED means a general equivalency diploma.
Stalk means a knowing or an intentional course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another person that would cause a reasonable person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or threatened and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or threatened. The term does not include statutorily or constitutionally protected activity.
Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.
Catered means food or refreshments that are purchased ready to consume which are delivered by any means.
EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.
Local Resident means Washington laborers, workers, or me- chanics receiving an hourly wage who live within fifty miles of the project being constructed unless the project is being constructed in a rural county, then it is defined as Washington workers who live within two hundred miles of the project.
the 1973 Act means the Water Act 1973;
SID means the supplementary information document of which these Terms form part;
Elder means a person 60 years of age or older.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

harbour means the harbour shown on the Development Plan to be constructed in accordance with approved proposals and includes a reference to the harbour as finally constructed and surveyed but does not include any jetties to be constructed in the Harbour;
Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use
Hall means a unit of residence or of corporate life for the students of the University, or of a College or an Institution, maintained by the University;
STU means the Board or the Government company notified by the respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act;
Hood means a respiratory inlet covering that completely covers the head and neck and may also cover portions of the shoulders and torso.
Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.
Waterbody means any accumulation of water, surface or underground, natural or artificial, including rivers, streams, creeks, ditches, swales, lakes, ponds, marshes, wetlands, and ground water. The term does not include any storage or treatment structures.

watchman means an employee engaged in guarding property and/or patrolling premises;
Conifer means a tree that is a Douglas-fir, true fir, pine, western hemlock, spruce, or cedar.
seaman means any person forming part of the crew of any 6*** ship, but does not include the master of 7*[the] ship;
Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.
