An ETG Terminal shall not issue coin or U.S. currency at the conclusion of a patron’s play.
In addition to the requirements of Appendix S, Section 8, the Tribe agrees to display a commitment to responsible gambling and a link to the Gaming Operation’s responsible gambling policy on each ETG Terminal.
Access Terminal means any device used to access any of Your Accounts, including without limitation an ATM, a computer, a portable hand-held device, or a telephone, including any form of mobile telephone or Mobile Device.
POS Terminal or ‘Point-of-Sale Terminal’ means an electronic device used by a Retailer to authorise and accept a Card Transaction.
Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.
Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company. Qualifying Termination means a termination of Executive’s employment (i) by the Company other than for Cause or (ii) by Executive for Good Reason. Termination of Executive’s employment on account of death, Disability or Retirement shall not be treated as a Qualifying Termination.

Covered Termination means the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason, and shall not include a termination due to Executive’s death or disability.
