Etihad Guest Miles means the Etihad Airlines frequent flyer miles earned through usage of any of the Emirates Islamic – Etihad Guest cobrand card issued by Emirates Islamic, as set out under the account terms & conditions and which may be used to redeem rewards as determined.

Etihad Guest Miles means all miles earned by travel on qualifying Etihad Airways flights, qualifying flights of ETIHAD partner airlines and by purchasing their products and services in accordance with and as specified in the Etihad Guest Programme and also miles calculated by the Bank in such manner as may be determined by the Bank, from time to time, based on the expenses incurred on the Infinite Card. For the avoidance of doubt, Etihad Guest Miles also includes Etihad Guest Tier Miles, as defined in the Etihad Guest Programme.

If You have The Etihad Guest American Express Gold Credit Card, Etihad Guest Miles shall be credited at such rate as We may decide from time to time.
If You successfully dispute any Transaction for which Etihad Guest Miles have already been awarded to You, those Etihad Guest Miles shall be withdrawn from Your Etihad Guest frequent flyer account.
If You have The Etihad Guest American Express Platinum Credit Card, Etihad Guest Miles shall be credited at such rate as We may decide from time to time.
The award of Etihad Guest Miles and the redemption of Etihad Guest Miles shall also be subject to the Etihad Guest Terms & Conditions as amended by Etihad Airways from time to time.
Eligibility: You will earn Etihad Guest Miles if You hold either The Etihad Guest American Express Gold Credit Card or The Etihad Guest American Express Platinum Credit Card.
In case Your Account is overdue for 3 months or more, We may, at Our sole discretion, forfeit all Your earned Etihad Guest Miles.
However, You may lose Your eligibility for Etihad Guest Miles if You are overdue on any payment or if You are in breach of this Agreement.
The award of Etihad Guest Miles that You may have earned during any period when You were in breach as mentioned above will be credited once any such overdue amounts have been repaid by You or the breach has been remedied to Our satisfaction.
