ETTM System definition

ETTM System means the ETTM Facilities, the Concessionaire-Supplied Equipment and Facilities, the Contractor ETTM Equipment and the Software which monitors, controls or executes operation of the Contractor ETTM Equipment, all of which will meet the minimum performance criteria established by the Technical Requirements.
ETTM System means the “ETTM System” as defined in Exhibit A (Definitions) to the ARCA.

  • If the Concessionaire selects an ETTM System other than the system then utilized on other State Highways, it will coordinate with the Department prior to the implementation or any change of such system to ensure interoperability and compatibility with the system then utilized on other State Highways.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the O&M Contractor shall be the primary Person performing the management functions of the Concessionaire, all operations, tolling and maintenance functions with respect to the HOT Lanes, and, if a different Person, the primary contractor or subcontractor for the ETTM System, and any other contractor or subcontractor, shall not be the O&M Contractor, and this Section 8.04 shall not be applicable to such other contractors or subcontractors.

  • The Concessionaire shall, at its sole cost and expense, perform all Major Maintenance with respect to the HOT Lanes, the ETTM Facilities and the ETTM System on the HOT Lanes Project in accordance with Life Cycle Maintenance Plans approved by the Department.

  • The TTMS Work shall include the start- up of components, calibration of controls, initial operation of the ETTM System and each portion thereof, total system function and verification tests and all other start-up and initial operation functions pertaining to the ETTM System.

  • If the Concessionaire selects an ETTM System other than the system then utilized on other State Highways, it will coordinate with the Department prior to the implementation or any change of such system to ensure interoperability and compatibility with the system then utilized on other State Highways in accordance with the Technical Requirements.

  • Contractor shall coordinate and manage the use of OS&S Contractor start-up personnel during the Commissioning and testing of the ETTM System (excluding the Concessionaire-Supplied Equipment and Facilities).

  • Design work shall include specification and design for that portion of the ETTM System within the Scope of Work, preparation of drawings and specifications in accordance with the Scope of Work, and coordination of data systems with the Department and the OS&S Contractor.

  • Concessionaire through the Contractor shall coordinate with the Design-Builder and OS&S Contractor for the provision of all labor necessary to start-up and Commission the ETTM System.

  • Contractor shall coordinate the recruitment by the OS&S Contractor of start-up personnel for Commissioning and testing of the ETTM System (excluding the Concessionaire-Supplied Equipment and Facilities), all in accordance with the Performance Testing and Commissioning Plan and Program.

  • Upon Concessionaire’s acceptance of the Performance Testing and Commissioning Plan and Program for the ETTM System, Contractor shall proceed to commission the ETTM System.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
