EU Countries definition

EU Countries means, collectively, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
EU Countries means each country belonging (by treaty or otherwise) to the world organization commonly known as the European Union.
EU Countries means the Member States of the European Union as of the Effective Date, and such other countries as may in the future join the European Union, in each case for so long as such country remains a member of the European Union.

  • Oncothyreon and/or its Affiliates shall, including through Sublicensees, use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to (i) obtain Marketing Approvals for Product in the United States and the Major EU Countries, and (ii) commercialize Product in the United States and the Major EU Countries after receipt of such Marketing Approvals.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, for all EU Countries within the Included Markets, this Agreement shall be subject to the initial term and the renewal terms, as set forth in Section 10.2(a) (collectively, the "EU Term").
