Eurocurrency Rate Committed Borrowing means a Committed Borrowing that bears interest based on the Eurocurrency Rate. Eurocurrency Rate Committed Borrowings may be denominated in Dollars or in an Alternative Currency.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Committed Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Committed Borrowing and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Rate Committed Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section 2.06.
