Examples of European Agent in a sentence

  • Each Borrower and each Guarantor, by signing below, hereby waives and releases Agent, the European Agent, Issuer and each of the Lenders and their respective directors, officers, employees, attorneys, affiliates and subsidiaries from any and all claims, offsets, defenses and counterclaims of which any Borrower or any Guarantor is aware, such waiver and release being with full knowledge and understanding of the circumstances and effect thereof and after having consulted legal counsel with respect thereto.

  • All payments of principal and any other amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents in respect to the European Notes shall be made to the European Agent, for the respective accounts of the European Lenders and the European Agent, at the European Agent’s Office, in each case in immediately available funds.

  • Canadian Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as Canadian agent for the Lenders hereunder, or any successor Canadian agent.
