European patent application definition

European patent application means an application for a European patent filed under the European Patent Convention (hereinafter: EPC), as well as an international application filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (hereinafter: PCT) for which the European Patent Office (hereinafter: EPO) acts as the designated or elected Office and in which the Republic of Croatia is designated;
European patent application means an application for a European patent filed under the European Patent Convention, (hereinafter referred to as the EPC), as well as an international application filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (hereinafter referred to as the PCT), for which the European Patent Office (hereinafter referred to as the EPO) acts as a designated or elected office and in which Montenegro is designated;
European patent application means an application for a European patent filed under the European Patent Convention (EPC), as well as an international application filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) for which the European Patent Office (EPO) acts as designated or elected Office and in which Albania is designated;

  • If such confirmation is not supplied in due time, the European patent application shall be refused; documents filed subsequently shall be deemed not to have been received.(2) Where the Convention provides that a document must be signed, the authenticity of the document may be confirmed by handwritten signature or other appropriate means the use of which has been permitted by the President of the European Patent Office.
