The Convention. If the Convention applies to the Collateral, (i) Borrower shall establish a valid and existing account with the International Registry, appoint an Administrator and/or a Professional User acceptable to Mortgagee to make registrations in regard to the Collateral, and take the steps to initiate the registration of an International Interest in favor of the Mortgagee, with all such steps being completed except for the consent of Mortgagee; (ii) Borrower shall make reasonable efforts to register Borrower's Contract of Sale such that it shall be searchable in the International Registry, and (iii) Borrower shall execute and Mortgagee shall have received a fully completed and originally executed Irrevocable De-Registration and Export Request Authorization ("IDERA"), in the form required by the Protocol and acceptable to the Mortgagee and attached hereto as Exhibit C.

The Convention. The Donut Hole Agreement is a relatively brief, straightforward document. It consists of a Final Act of three pages; the Convention, consisting of a Preamble and 20 articles in 12 pages; a two-page annex; and a five-page Record of Discussions identifying some intentions of the parties regarding means of implementing and interpreting the agreement.
The Convention. The Convention or its Detailed Regulations shall be applicable, where appropriate, by analogy, in all cases not expressly governed by this Agreement or its Detailed Regulations.
The Convention. Subject to the terms and conditions of this City Agreement, the RNC agrees to hold the Convention during the Convention Period in the City of Milwaukee and the Metropolitan Area to select the Republican Party’s nominees for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, and to take such other actions as the RNC may deem appropriate. In the event that the RNC, despite its reasonable best efforts, is not able to complete the Convention within the time period stated in the definition of “Convention Period,” the Parties will use their reasonable best efforts to extend the Convention Period for those facilities and with respect to those services that are essential to continue the Convention until the Convention adjourns sine die (the “Convention Period Extension”). A Convention Period Extension may also occur by the mutual written consent of all Parties. The City hereby confirms that as of or prior to the Effective Date, the Common Council has held a vote at a duly constituted meeting of the Common Council to approve this Agreement, the Convention, and the transactions contemplated hereby, and shall take no action to rescind, void, negate or terminate such vote, this City Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this City Agreement except in the case of the termination provisions provided herein.
The Convention. It is not necessary to go into all the articles of the UN Convention and their legal consequences, but rather to show how inclusion is embedded in a rights framework and thus, once ratified, cannot be simply ignored. The CRPD includes political and civil rights as well as economic, social and cultural rights. By aligning these rights with existing human rights, the UN Convention aims not only to combat the disadvantage of people with disabilities, but also to place them in a human rights perspective. The purpo- se of the Convention is to promote, protect and ensure the human rights and inherent dignity of people with disabilities who are prevented by all kinds of barriers in society from participating fully, effectively and on an equal basis with others. In accordance with Article 3 of the CRPD, the guiding principles are as follows: ❖ Respect for inherent dignity, personal au- tonomy, including the freedom to make one’s own choices and independence of persons. ❖ Non-discrimination. ❖ Full and effective participation in, and in- clusion in society. ❖ Respect for difference and acceptance that people with disabilities are part of hu- manity and human diversity. ❖ Equal opportunities. ❖ Accessibility. ❖ Equality between men and women. ❖ Respect for the developing capacities of children with disabilities and respect for the right of children with disabilities to preserve their own identities. The treaty consists of a preamble or introduction, 50 articles and an optional protocol. The articles can be divided into political and civil rights that require direct implementation and economic, social and cultural ri- ghts that must be realised progressively. Articles 3 to 9 on equality and non-discrimination, wo- men and children with disabilities, promoting aware- ness and accessibility refer to general obligations that apply to each successive article in the Convention. Articles 10-23 and 29 impose specific obligations to be implemented immediately upon signature. These refer, among other things, to the right to life (10), protection of personal integrity (17), independent living and parti- cipation in society (19), personal mobility (20), respect for private and family life (23) and participation in poli- tical and public life (29).
