Evaluated definition

Evaluated or “Evaluation” means, with respect to a Deliverable, inspect, test or otherwise evaluate the Deliverable against the applicable Acceptance Criteria, as more fully described in the relevant Statement of Work, or if no Acceptance process is identified in the relevant Statement of Work, in Section 1.2 of Part III of this Exhibit A.
