Event Customer definition

Event Customer means a customer who requires Equipment for a fixed short term period for a party, festival or similar event with a pre-determined dismantle and removal date.

  • If an obligation arises for SM to pay taxes or other fees for participation in an Event, Customer shall pay compensation to SM for such taxes or fees.

  • If Administrator fails to provide any Services in accordance with the applicable Statement of Work as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Customer will not be responsible for the payment of fees relating to the Services that Administrator fails to provide.

  • Upon early termination of this Agreement due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, Customer will be relieved of all liability including payment for services that EasyHRweb is no longer capable of providing.

  • In addition to its other rights under the Purchase Order, these Terms or applicable law, during any Force Majeure Event, Customer may, at its option, (a) purchase substitute products from other sources without liability to Supplier; or (b) require Supplier to provide substitute products from other sources in quantities and at a time requested by Customer and at the prices for the Products under the Purchase Order or these Terms.
