Event Host means a person that owns, operates, provides facilities for, or has formal oversight over any of the following where a social gathering occurs: an amusement or water park, arena, aquarium, aviary, botanical garden, ceremony, cinema, comedy club, commercial event venue, commercial party venue, concert or concert hall, conference, convention or convention center, dance or dance hall, driver's education training, fair or fairground, museum, organized athletic or sporting event, recital, stadium, theater, or zoo.
Event Host means a person hired from the business by the customer to coordinate a Hosted

  • ALL AAU Rules, Policies & Regulations must be followed by the Event Host.

  • If damage has occurred to any portion of the Facility, including without limitation, the interior of the Facility, the exterior of the Facility, landscaping, irrigation, walkways, and parking areas, the Event Host shall be solely responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged materials.

  • The Refundable Deposit will be returned to the Event Host upon successful completion of cleanup.

  • The Facility shall be inspected by the CAB and Event Host prior to the opening of the event, and inspected by the CAB and the Event Host at the end of the event.

  • Event Host shall be responsible for all cleanup at the close of the event and for returning the Facility to the condition it was in prior to the event.

  • No matches shall be televised or broadcast by any means without the consent of the WCF.6.2 The Event Host grants to the WCF a non-exclusive, royalty-free irrevocable licence to use all or any of the Event Host’s marks or logos for the purposes of promoting the event.

  • Rejection Event means, in respect of the Benchmark, the relevant competent authority or other relevant official body rejects or refuses or will reject or refuse any application for authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence, approval or inclusion in any official register which, in each case, is required in relation to the Securities, the Benchmark or the administrator or sponsor of the Benchmark under any applicable law or regulation for the Issuer or any other entity to perform its obligations in respect of the Securities.

  • Termination Event means an Illegality, a Tax Event or a Tax Event Upon Merger or, if specified to be applicable, a Credit Event Upon Merger or an Additional Termination Event.

  • Bankruptcy Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(f) of the Credit Agreement.

  • Master Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Covered Event means any event or occurrence related to the fact that Indemnitee is or was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company, or any subsidiary of the Company, or is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, or by reason of any action or inaction on the part of Indemnitee while serving in such capacity.

  • Potential Amortization Event means an event which, with the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute an Amortization Event.

  • Specified Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(a), Section 8.01(f) or Section 8.01(g).

  • Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the collection system at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.

  • PTC Event of Default Means any failure to pay within 10 Business Days of the due date thereof: (i) the outstanding Pool Balance on the Final Legal Distribution Date or (ii) interest due on the Certificates on any Distribution Date (unless the Subordination Agent shall have made an Interest Drawing or Drawings (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), or a withdrawal or withdrawals pursuant to Section 3.6(f) of the Intercreditor Agreement, with respect thereto in an aggregate amount sufficient to pay such interest and shall have distributed such amount to the Trustee).

  • Additional Termination Event has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Control Termination Event shall have the meaning given to such term or any one or more analogous terms in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.
