Event Host means a person that owns, operates, provides facilities for, or has formal oversight over any of the following where a social gathering occurs: an amusement or water park, arena, aquarium, aviary, botanical garden, ceremony, cinema, comedy club, commercial event venue, commercial party venue, concert or concert hall, conference, convention or convention center, dance or dance hall, driver's education training, fair or fairground, museum, organized athletic or sporting event, recital, stadium, theater, or zoo.

  • PRIVACY: Perisher Blue Pty Limited (Event Host) collects the personal information requested on this form to enable the efficient provision of the goods and/or services that you have requested and to complete the administrative and payment functions associated with that transaction.

  • Some cleaning supplies are available in marked designated areas; requests for additional items can be made to the Event Host.

  • Unless specifically agreed otherwise, compliance with the WCF Statutes and all other WCF Regulations governing WCF events is an implied term of the Event Agreement and any variation the Event Host seeks must be explicitly raised in the Proposed Event Bid and approved by the MC (see Sports Regulations Regulation 1.2).

  • The WCF has also produced a set of guidelines (see “WCF Guidance to Bidders”) to assist a WCF Member which is considering bidding to become an Event Host.

  • The organizer of any event shall hereinafter be referred to as the Event Host.

  • Participant acknowledges that they have read the preceding terms and conditions, expressly agree to comply with them, as well as the Event Host Policy, and authorize Gen Con LLC to enforce them.

  • Termination Event means an Illegality, a Tax Event or a Tax Event Upon Merger or, if specified to be applicable, a Credit Event Upon Merger or an Additional Termination Event.
