Event Materials definition

Event Materials means materials presented, distributed, or otherwise provided by Organizer or any other person or entity at or in connection with the Events.
Event Materials means all Exhibitor items brought to the Esri Event, including, but not limited to, software, programs, hardware, data, equipment, brochures, Exhibits, goods, wares, materials, and all other property owned, rented, leased, or procured by Exhibitor in conjunction with the Esri Event.
Event Materials means all materials (including both physical and digital materials) which you intend to make available to attendees of the Event and/or any third party, including without limitation presentation slides, Event handouts and pre-recorded audio or video files;

Event Materials means any advertising or promotional materials or products produced by or on behalf of the Event Organiser which associate the Event with the Festival, or which incorporate or are distributed in association with the Festival Marks.
