Adjustment Number shall initially be 10,000. In the event the Corporation shall at any time after November 5, 1998 (i) declare or pay any dividend on Common Stock payable in shares of Common Stock, (ii) subdivide the outstanding Common Stock into a greater number of shares or (iii) combine the outstanding Common Stock into a smaller number of shares, then in each such case the Adjustment Number in effect immediately prior to such event shall be adjusted by multiplying such Adjustment Number by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding immediately after such event and the denominator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock that were outstanding immediately prior to such event.
Relevant Number means the number specified as such in the applicable Final Terms (or, if no such number is specified, five);
CT number means the number used to represent the x-ray attenuation associated with each elemental area of the CT image.
Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.
Account Number means the identification number given by the U.S. EPA to each NOx allowance tracking system account.
Lot number or “batch number” means a distinctive group of numbers, letters, or symbols or any combination of these that is unique to a group of cannabis goods.
Agreement Price shall be the higher of (a) the fair market value of the Shares to be purchased determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company and (b) the original exercise price of the Shares to be purchased.
Original part number means a combination of numbers or letters assigned by the enterprise at item creation to a class of items with the same form, fit, function, and interface.
Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").
Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.
Batch number means a unique numeric or alphanumeric identifier assigned prior to any testing to allow for inventory tracking and traceability.
Replacement Price means the price, determined by Buyer in a commercially reasonable manner, at which Buyer purchases (if at all) substitute SRECs having the same or subsequent Reporting Year as those SRECs not delivered by Seller for the deficiency or, absent such a purchase, the Market Price for such quantity of SRECs at or during the time that Seller fails to deliver the SRECs, provided that the Market Price shall never exceed the solar alternative compliance payment.
Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.
Congestion Price means the congestion component of the Locational Marginal Price, which is the effect on transmission congestion costs (whether positive or negative) associated with increasing the output of a generation resource or decreasing the consumption by a Demand Resource, based on the effect of increased generation from or consumption by the resource on transmission line loadings, calculated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.
Adjustment system means the device by which the seat or its parts can be adjusted to a position suited to the morphology of the seated occupant. This device may, in particular, permit:
Cost price means the actual cost of an item or article of tangible personal property computed in the
Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(ii).
Deemed Delivered Energy means [For As-Available Products use the following language] the amount of Energy expressed in MWh that the Project would have produced and delivered to the Delivery Point, but that is not produced by the Project and delivered to the Delivery Point during a Buyer Curtailment Period, which amount shall be equal to (a) the EIRP Forecast, expressed in MWh, applicable to the Buyer Curtailment Period, whether or not Seller is participating in EIRP during the Buyer Curtailment Period, less the amount of Delivered Energy delivered to the Delivery Point during the Buyer Curtailment Period or, (b) if there is no EIRP Forecast available, the result of the equation provided pursuant to Section 3.1(l)(i)(G) and using relevant Project availability, weather and other pertinent data for the period of time during the Buyer Curtailment Period less the amount of Delivered Energy delivered to the Delivery Point during the Buyer Curtailment Period; provided that, if the applicable difference calculated pursuant to (a) or (b) above is negative as compared to the amount of metered Energy at the CAISO revenue meter for the Project, the Deemed Delivered Energy shall be zero (0). First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.
Data Universal Numbering System+4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number means the number assigned by D&B plus a 4-character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4- character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts (see the FAR at Subpart 32.11) for the same concern.
