Event or Events definition

Event or Events means the activity or event booked by ▇▇▇▇▇ and to which these General Terms and Conditions apply.

Examples of Event or Events in a sentence

  • Any waiver of any “Event of Default” under the Indenture and a rescission and annulment of its consequences shall constitute a waiver of the corresponding Event or Events of Default under this Agreement and a rescission and annulment of the consequences thereof.

  • The Exercise Price, as so adjusted, shall be readjusted in the same manner upon the happening of any successive Extraordinary Common Stock Event or Events.

  • Any waiver of any "Event of Default" under the Indenture and a rescission and annulment of its consequences shall constitute a waiver of the corresponding Event or Events of Default under this Agreement and a rescission and annulment of the consequences thereof.

  • The Applicable Conversion Value, as so adjusted, shall be readjusted in the same manner upon the happening of any successive Extraordinary Common Stock Event or Events.

  • Company may withdraw from the Event or Events only under the following conditions: Company’s cancellation of all or part of its Event Participation, as contracted for herein, must be sent in writing to the Alliance, ▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ #▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ via certified mail, return receipt requested, and is only effective upon Alliance’s actual receipt.

  • The provisions of this Article X are subject to the condition that any waiver of any "Event of Default" under the Company Mortgage and a rescission and annulment of its consequences shall constitute a waiver of the corresponding Event or Events of Default under clause (c) of Section 10.1 hereof and a rescission and annulment of the consequences thereof, but no such waiver, rescission and annulment shall extend to or affect any subsequent Event of Default or impair any right or remedy consequent thereon.

  • If such Event or Events of Default are so cured, this Lease shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Prompt written notice of the occurrence of any ERISA Event that, alone or together with any other ERISA Events that have occurred, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, such written notice to describe such ERISA Event or Events and the action, if any, which Anixter or such ERISA Affiliate has taken, is taking and proposes to take with respect thereto.

  • The provisions of the preceding paragraph, however, are subject to the condition that any waiver of any "event of default" under the Company Mortgage and a rescission and annulment of its consequences shall constitute a waiver of the corresponding Event or Events of Default and a rescission and annulment of the consequences thereof.

  • Since the Execution Date, there shall not have occurred any Event or Events which has had, or would be reasonably expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Midstream ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Adverse Effect.
