Event Order definition

Event Order means the working document containing all costs and operational details relating to the event, the final version of which will be signed by the Hirer and will form the basis for invoicing and operational delivery by CHW. Any additions during the Hire Period will be signed for by the Hirer and invoiced; accordingly,
Event Order is the document used to plan and outline the running of the Event including the Event details. It is the responsibility of the client to sign off on the document prior to the event start date in order to confirm the details outlined within. “Guest” and “Invitee” are the people attending the venue for the Event organised by the Client. “Minimum Spend”, “F&B Minimum” and “F&B Min” refers to the minimum amount the Client needs to spend on food and beverage at their event to book the Venue. “Postponement” means the postponement of the Event in accordance with these terms and conditions. “Services” means the services requested by the Client for the Event as set out in the Contract. “Supplier” means an external supplier of goods and/or services for the Event; “Terms and Conditions” means the terms of use that The Client agrees to abide by in order to use The Venue and the Services. “Venue” means the venue for the Event stipulated in the Contract. “Venue Hire” refers to the amount specified by Amello Pty Ltd as the fee to utilise the Venue for an Event.

  • Xxxxx will be bound by, and BCEC Management can rely on, an Event Order signed by Xxxxx.

  • Any additions or modifications made thereto after 14 days prior to the Event Date may only be made through submission of a mutually agreed upon amended Event Order to be executed and delivered to Padres no less than seven days prior to the date of the Event.

Related to Event Order

  • Banquet Event Order or “BEO” means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Payment Order means an instruction of a sender to a receiving bank, transmitted orally, electronically, or in writing, to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a beneficiary if the following apply:

  • Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

  • Curtailment Order means any of the following:

  • enforcement order means an administrative requirement issued by the department under the authority of RCW 90.48.120 that directs a public body to complete a specified course of action within an explicit period to achieve compliance with the provisions of chapter 90.48 RCW.

  • Market Order means Orders which are executed at the best available market price.

  • Product Order is the form used by the Parties to effect a Transaction in the form of Exhibit A, Exhibit B or as otherwise agreed by the Parties, specifying the terms of such Transaction, including the following: (1) the Product including a description of the Environmental Attributes in the Product, (2) the quantity to be purchased and sold; (3) the Purchase Price; (4) the Delivery Dates; and, (5) if necessary in accordance with the terms of the Transaction, (a) the Vintages; (b) the Renewable Energy Facility or Facilities from which the Product is to be generated; (c) the Certification Authority; and (d) the Verification Provider.

  • Event of Insolvency means, for any Person:

  • Event of Loss means, with respect to any Property, any of the following: (a) any loss, destruction or damage of such Property or (b) any condemnation, seizure, or taking, by exercise of the power of eminent domain or otherwise, of such Property, or confiscation of such Property or the requisition of the use of such Property.

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • Cash Management Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court, in form and substance acceptable to the Required Lenders, (i) approving and authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing cash management system, (ii) authorizing and directing banks and financial institutions to honor and process checks and transfers, (iii) authorizing continued use of intercompany transactions, (iv) waiving requirements of Section 345(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and (v) authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing bank accounts and existing business forms.

  • Event of dissociation means any of the events listed in Section 8.1 upon which the Member ceases to be a Member.

  • Development order means any order granting, denying, or granting with conditions an application for a development permit.

  • Bankruptcy Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(f) of the Credit Agreement.

  • Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Stop Order means an instruction to create a Short Position when Our Price reaches a specified price.

  • Event of Default Under the Trust Indenture With respect to any MBS, any “Event of Default” under the Trust Indenture pursuant to which such MBS was issued. Xxxxxx Xxx: Federal National Mortgage Association, a body corporate organized and existing under the laws of the United States, or its successor in interest or any successor appointed as herein provided. Unless the context requires otherwise, the term “Xxxxxx Mae” shall be deemed to refer to the Federal National Mortgage Association acting in its corporate capacity and not in its capacity as Trustee hereunder.

  • Issuer Event of Default means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Declaration Event of Default means an “Event of Default” as defined in the Declaration.

  • Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.
