Event Organizer(s) definition

Event Organizer(s) means, with respect to any Stadium Event, the sponsor of such Stadium Event that has the right to sell tickets to such Stadium Event pursuant to a contract directly or indirectly with StadCo. If StadCo or TeamCo itself sells tickets to a Stadium Event, StadCo or TeamCo, as applicable, will be considered the “Event Organizer” for that particular Stadium Event.
Event Organizer(s) means Admiral Creative Group Inc (the “Organizer”) and its subsidiaries.
Event Organizer(s) means Wayzata Yacht Club, Organizing Authority, Race Committee, Principal Race Officer (PRO), race officers, Protest Committee, judges, competition managers, fleets, sponsors, promoters, advertisers, licensors, venue providers, supporting organizations, Wayzata Sailing Foundation (WSF), Wayzata Sailing (WS), host club and venue provider(s) (and each of their respective insurers, shareholders, officers, directors, board members, personnel, supervisors, managers, employees, staff, licensees, contractors, officials, members, guests, volunteers, agents, representatives and all other persons or entities involved or associated with an Event(s)).

  • Further, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties and Event Organizers against and from any and all Liability imposed on, incurred by, or asserted against any Released Party or Event Organizer resulting from, arising out of, in connection with, or relating to my breach of this Agreement.

  • The Licensee acknowledges that the Event Organizers may adopt policies, rules, and regulations independently from StadCo or TeamCo relating to the Licensee’s attendance at Stadium Events and that a violation of any of such policies, rules, and regulations may, in the discretion of the PSL Agent, also constitute a violation of this License Agreement.

  • Event Organizers of the space will be financially responsible for custodial service that falls outside of the regular daily activities or hours of the custodial staff.

  • Further, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Re- leased Parties and Event Organizers against and from any and all Liability imposed on, incurred by, or asserted against any Released Party or Event Organizer resulting from, arising out of, in connection with, or relating to my breach of this Agreement.

  • Should Event Organizers wish to use alternative security personnel, this will apply only in the hired venue and will not extend to perimeter security.


More Definitions of Event Organizer(s)

Event Organizer(s) means the person(s) and/or organization(s) who organize and/or produce the Activities, including their members, race directors, coaches, volunteers, officials, employees, and contractors;
Event Organizer(s) means the sponsor of an Event that has the right to sell tickets to the Event pursuant to a contract directly or indirectly with GSWA. If GSWA itself sells tickets to an Event, GSWA will be considered the Event Organizer for that Event.

Event Organizer(s) means AIS/WYC Station, Inc. (“AIS”), Wayzata Yacht Club (“WYC”), Organizing Authority, Race Committee, Principal Race Officer (PRO), race officers, Protest Committee, judges, competition managers, fleets, sponsors, promoters, advertisers, licensors, venue providers, supporting organizations, host clubs and venue provider(s) (and each of their respective insurers, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, board members, personnel, supervisors, managers, employees, staff, licensees, contractors, officials, members, guests, volunteers, agents, representatives and all other persons or entities involved or associated with an Event(s)).

Related to Event Organizer(s)

  • Event Organiser means an organisation authorised to conduct Rugby Union programs, events, tournaments, and/or matches in Australia, pursuant to the Rugby Australia Event Sanctioning Guidelines,

  • Procurement organization means an eye bank, organ procurement organization, or tissue bank.

  • Organ procurement organization means a person designated by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services as an organ procurement organization.

  • Student organization means a group, club or organization having students as its primary members or participants. It includes grade levels, classes, teams, activities or particular school events. A student organization does not have to be an official school organization to come within the terms of this definition.

  • Parent organization means the Insured Organization first named in Item I of the Declarations.
