Event Provider definition

Event Provider means the issuer of the Event package, pass and/or ticket and may from time to time be DSM (as applicable).

  • Upon the cessation of the Force Majeure Event, Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume its performance of any affected Service in accordance with the standards set forth in Section 2.4(a) with the least possible delay.

  • In the event Provider’s performance is delayed, or is anticipated by Provider to be delayed, by a Force Majeure Event, Provider will promptly notify FIS of (i) the date and details of the Force Majeure Event and the anticipated duration of the Force Majeure Event and the delay, (ii) any material changes in such details or anticipated duration, and (iii) when the Force Majeure Event or delay ends.

  • There may be more than one Travel & Event Provider for your booking.

  • We cannot guarantee the performance of the Travel & Event Provider and we have no liability in respect of the supply of any Travel & Event Products including any liability in contract, tort or otherwise, for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Travel & Event Provider.

Related to Event Provider

  • Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.

  • Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.
