Event Records definition

Event Records has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.03(A)(6). “Execution Date” has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Preamble. “Expense Report” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.04(B).
Event Records means all records relating to the immediate medical care and treatment to address an Enrolled Program Claimant’s Related Eligible Event. “Event Records” include Medical Records from the hospital, medical center, or healthcare facility that treated the Enrolled Program Claimant immediately following his Related Eligible Event (including any Medical Records from ambulance workers, paramedics, and emergency rooms whose Medical Records are included in such hospital’s, medical center’s, or healthcare facility’s Medical Records), including all facilities to which the Enrolled Program Claimant was transferred for continued care and treatment of the alleged Related Eligible Event. In the case of a fatal event, “Event Records” shall also include the death certificate and any autopsy report.
Event Records means the records provided to S&G with respect to the Group Members in connection with the Proceedings concerning any Eligible Event experienced or alleged to have been experienced by any such Group Member.

Examples of Event Records in a sentence

  • All Animal and Human Clinical Trial Data, Regulatory Agency Submissions, and Adverse Event Records.

  • These adjustments reflect aspects of the Qualifying Claimant’s Vioxx use and medical history that would be expected to affect the value of the Qualifying Claimant’s claim within the tort system, and will be based upon a Qualifying Claimant’s Event Records, follow-up records, and any Profile Form submitted to Merck or the Court.

  • In the event that CLIENT desires to retain any such Event Records beyond 24 months, OPTOTRAFFIC will provide CLIENT with such Event Records in OPTOTRAFFIC’S possession, provided that OPTOTRAFFIC receives at least thirty (30) days prior written notice.

  • Upon the return of all such property and materials to OPTOTRAFFIC, and providing that there are no outstanding invoices, OPTOTRAFFIC will provide CLIENT with all of the Event Records, defined in Section 18 below, pertaining to CLIENT in OPTOTRAFFIC’S possession, such Event Records to be provided to CLIENT in Portable Document Format, at no cost to CLIENT.

  • OPTOTRAFFIC will provide such Event Records to CLIENT and CLIENT will compensate OPTOTRAFFIC for, materials, shipping expenses, travel expenses if required, and labor costs at OPTOTRAFFIC’S then- current hourly rate.

Related to Event Records

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.
