Event Registration Form definition

Event Registration Form means the Company’s Delegate Application for Registration Form in respect of the Event and being the form duly completed and lodged by the Delegate with the Congress for the purposes of registering to attend the Event in terms of these Terms and Conditions;

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or the Farm Event Registration Form to the contrary, the end of the event period.

  • The Employer will pay $400.00 to the LAA upon completion of Event Registration Form, which acknowledges acceptance of this AGREEMENT.

  • To participate in a specific event, the Church will complete an Event Registration Form for any Event in which it desires to participate.

  • A separate Event Registration Form must be completed for each requested use of the Facilities.

  • Upon receipt of this agreement, a signed acknowledgement of the ACA Risk Management Requirements, Affiliate Event Registration Form, and submission of the appropriate sanctioning fees, the ACA will request a Certificate of Insurance using the information provided in the event registration form.

  • If minors are to be active participants at the event hosted by the student organization, then the Event Registration Form for Event/Activities with Minors has to be signed by the student organization and approved by the programming advisor.
