Event Services definition

Event Services means the services specified in the event package in the Booking Form, provided in the prospectus given to you, uploaded to MyGabbinbar, or as otherwise agreed upon by You and us. Specifically, the services include (but are certainly not limited to) all services provided in relation to your Event prior to the Event Date, including (but not limited to) planning, documenting, liaising, concept creation, provision of contacts and introductions;

Event Services means the event services set out and agreed by the parties in accordance with the relevant Event Specific Agreement;

Event Services means any services provided or arranged by us, or on our behalf, for the purpose of providing travel by Coach direct to and/or from various UK concerts, sporting events and music festivals which are offered from time to time in addition to our scheduled network;

Examples of Event Services in a sentence

• If any credit facility made available to the Client is withdrawn by R&M or any sum is not paid to R&M when due (whether the R&M Fee or the Service Provider Costs) then, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of R&M, R&M may suspend its provision of the Event Services and/or suspend complying with its other obligations under this Agreement until it receives such security for payment of any sums from the Client as it may require.

• The Venue’s and Event Services and Catering’s staff members have the right and obligation to refuse to provide alcohol to any individual who cannot provide appropriate identification showing they are 21 years of age or older, who is behaving in a threatening, inappropriate, or abusive manner, or who is intoxicated.

• All events serving alcohol must have the approval of the CPA Coordinator and must use Illinois State University Event Services and Catering and follow all assigned guidelines.

• If the Client has a bona fide dispute in respect of the whole or any part of any invoice issued by R&M for the Event Services, it shall notify R&M of the nature of such dispute in writing within three (3) months of receipt of the invoice giving all relevant details.

• Venue recommends all catering to be contracted through Illinois State University Event Services and Catering.

Event Services means collectively Tour Operator Services and all Ancillary Services sold by a Seller via the Marketplace.
