Event Wagering System definition

Event Wagering System means the hardware, software, firmware, communications technology or other equipment to allow patrons to place event wagers, regardless of whether event wagers are offered at retail, to include kiosks, and/or over the internet on an event wagering platform.
Event Wagering System means the hardware, software, firmware, communications technology, or other equipment to allow patrons to place event wagers, regardless of whether event wagers are offered at a Gaming Facility, to include Event Wagering Kiosks, and/or on the Tribe’s Indian lands on an Event Wagering Platform.

Related to Event Wagering System

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;
