Events Outside Our Control definition

Events Outside Our Control means any event preventing us from performing or otherwise delaying or hindering our performance of any or all of our obligations under the Agreement and which arises from or is attributable to any acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including (but not limited to):
Events Outside Our Control means acts of God, fire, flood, lightning, storms, natural disasters, explosions, national emergencies, health crises, governmental actions, acts of war, terrorist threats or acts, riots or civil unrest, revolution or insurrections, labor disputes, major traffic incidents, restraints or delays affecting carriers, unavailability of product from suppliers, telecommunication breakdowns, power outages or other events not reasonably within Our control;
Events Outside Our Control means any event preventing us from performing or otherwise delaying or hindering our performance of any or all of our obligations under the Agreement and which arises from or is attributable to any acts, events,

Examples of Events Outside Our Control in a sentence

  • The Supplier may terminate this Agreement on written notice, effective immediately and without liability, in case of Events Outside Our Control arising.

  • No refunds are payable in these circumstances.4.4 We reserve the right to cancel a Course, or make changes to course arrangements, as a result of Events Outside Our Control.

Events Outside Our Control means events such as fire, flood, lightning, storm, strikes, industrial disputes, acts of war, riots, explosion, unavailability of product from suppliers, major traffic accidents or other events not reasonably within our control.

Related to Events Outside Our Control

  • Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;

  • Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.

  • Bidder from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means: -
