Events Outside Our Control means any event preventing us from performing or otherwise delaying or hindering our performance of any or all of our obligations under the Agreement and which arises from or is attributable to any acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including (but not limited to):

Events Outside Our Control. : means any act or event beyond our reasonable control which may delay or prevent production or delivery of the Products. These acts and events may include, without limitation, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts, non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors, and interruption or failure of utility service.

Events Outside Our Control means an event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme adverse weather conditions, power failure, loss of internet or poor connectivity, pandemic, urgent or necessary maintenance that may arise from time to time , technical problems, strikes and acts of God;

We will also have no liability under Item 8 if We fail to perform or incorrectly perform the Transaction where the reason for this was due to Events Outside Our Control or Our statutory obligations.

More Definitions of Events Outside Our Control

Events Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, failure of supply, failure of transport, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for ware fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence or other natural disaster, pandemic, epidemic, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

Events Outside Our Control means acts of God, fire, flood, lightning, storms, natural disasters, explosions, national emergencies, health crises, governmental actions, acts of war, terrorist threats or acts, riots or civil unrest, revolution or insurrections, labor disputes, major traffic incidents, restraints or delays affecting carriers, unavailability of product from suppliers, telecommunication breakdowns, power outages or other events not reasonably within Our control;

Events Outside Our Control means events such as fire, flood, lightning, storm, strikes, industrial disputes, acts of war, riots, explosion, unavailability of product from suppliers, major traffic accidents or other events not reasonably within our control.
