Evidentiary Exhibits means exhibits which were admitted into evidence in a trial or other evidentiary proceeding, or are required to be deposited with the clerk by any rule or statute.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the Assignment/job.

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.
