EVOTEC Compounds definition
EVOTEC Compounds means (i) all Hits identified from any EVOTEC Library and (ii) all Synthesised Compounds made by EVOTEC under the Research Programme;
EVOTEC Compounds means the physical samples of chemical entities in the possession of EVOTEC or any Affiliate, which are not Produced Compounds. “EVOTEC Library” shall mean any collection of EVOTEC Compounds.
EVOTEC Compounds means the physical samples of fragments and/or small molecules owned or Controlled by Evotec, with which Evotec will perform Screening Services or other Services.
Examples of EVOTEC Compounds in a sentence
As provided for in the then current Research Plan, each Party shall make available to the other Party free of charge appropriate numbers and amounts of BOEHRINGER Compounds or EVOTEC Compounds, as applicable, either in microtiter plates for screening or as a powder or solution in microtubes for secondary testing in specified biological assays within the Field.
At the initiation of a Research Project, EVOTEC shall disclose to ROCHE the EVOTEC Compounds found to be active against the Target, in case of the first Research Project against Kv1.3.
