Ex-Offenders definition

Ex-Offenders means an individual who has an unspent criminal conviction under The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) England and Wales Order 2013 or The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) Scotland Order 2013.
Ex-Offenders means persons who were previously incarcerated.

Examples of Ex-Offenders in a sentence

  • Contractor cannot and will not, either directly or via a subcontracted consultant and/or firm, employ in connection with this Agreement: Ex-Offenders on active parole or probation; Ex-Offenders at any time if they are required to register as a sex offender pursuant to Penal Code Section 290 or if such ex-offender has an offense history involving a “violent felony” as defined in subparagraph (c) of Penal Code Section 667.5; or Any ex-felon in a position which provides direct supervision of parolees.

  • For example: Veterans, LGBTQ, Seniors, Ex-Offenders, Immigrants and Refugees, People of Color, Currently or Recently Unsheltered, and others.
