Excavation Equipment definition

Excavation Equipment means each item of equipment that is owned by the Company or its Permitted Subsidiaries that constitutes excavation equipment including, without limitation, any of the following: excavators, backhoe, hydraulic hammers, tractors, loaders, scrapers, graders, compactors, rollers and soil stabilizers and sweepers, but in any event does not include equipment that would otherwise constitute Cranes and Lifting Equipment or Trucks and Trailers.

Examples of Excavation Equipment in a sentence

  • Once each calendar year, Company will provide to Administrative Agent a copy of Company's internally prepared audit of Eligible Cranes and Lifting Equipment, Eligible Trucks and Trailers and Eligible Excavation Equipment which shall include physical confirmation of the existence and appropriate titling of each item of such equipment with an original purchase price or Orderly Liquidation Value in excess of $500,000.
