Excess Amounts definition

Excess Amounts means Available Monies after distributions made in accordance with Section 7.05.
Excess Amounts means, as of any Payment Date, the amount remaining in the 2019-B SUBI Collection Account after the distributions provided for in clause (iii) of Section 8.04(a) of the Indenture have been made.
Excess Amounts shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.05(b).

Examples of Excess Amounts in a sentence

  • If, on any business day, the aggregate Term to date Fund Operating Expenses for any class of a Fund do not equal the Pro-Rated Expense Cap for that class, the amount of such difference shall be netted against the previous day’s accrued amount for Excess Amounts or Recoupment Amounts (as defined below), and the difference shall be accrued for that day as an Excess Amount or Recoupment Amount as applicable.

  • The Administrative Agent will keep records (which shall be conclusive and binding in the absence of manifest error) of Excess Amounts owed under this Section and will in each case notify each Agent following the payment of any Excess Amounts or the repayment thereof.

More Definitions of Excess Amounts

Excess Amounts means, as of any Payment Date, the amount remaining in the 2025-B Series Collection Account after the distributions provided for in clause (iii) of Section 8.04(a) of the Indenture have been made.
Excess Amounts means, for any Month, the aggregate volumes throughput by Tesoro in excess of the Minimum Throughput Commitment, multiplied by the weighted average Terminalling Service Fee paid by Tesoro during such Month.
Excess Amounts means the excess of the Participant's Annual Additions for the Limitation Year involved over the Maximum Permissible Amount for that Limitation Year.
