Excess Available Cash means the amount of Available Cash, if any, together with interest earned thereon (if any), remaining in the Disputed Distribution Reserve after all Disputed Claims shall have been Allowed and paid or Disallowed pursuant to a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court; provided, however, that the Excess Available Cash shall not include any of the Reserved Class A6-A Aggregate Amount or Reserved Class A6-B Aggregate Amount, as may be applicable.
