Cumulative Excess Cash Flow definition

Cumulative Excess Cash Flow means the sum of Excess Cash Flow (but not less than zero in any period) for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2013 and Excess Cash Flow for each succeeding completed fiscal year.
Cumulative Excess Cash Flow has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(i).
Cumulative Excess Cash Flow the amount equal to the sum of Excess Cash Flow (but not less than zero) for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2008 and Excess Cash Flow (but not less than zero in any fiscal year) for each succeeding and completed fiscal year. More Definitions of Cumulative Excess Cash Flow

Cumulative Excess Cash Flow means, at any time, an amount (not to be less than zero) equal to the sum of Excess Cash Flow for each Excess Cash Flow Period ended prior to such time.

Cumulative Excess Cash Flow means, at any time, the sum of (i) Excess Cash Flow (which may not be less than zero) for the first fiscal year for which a mandatory prepayment under Section 2.05(b)(i) may be required to be made in accordance with the terms thereof and (ii) Excess Cash Flow (which may not be less than zero in any period) for each succeeding and completed fiscal year of the Borrower at such time.

Cumulative Excess Cash Flow means an amount (not to be less than zero) equal to the sum of Excess Cash Flow for the fiscal quarters ending September 30, 2012 and December 31, 2012, the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013 and each Excess Cash Flow Period thereafter.
